Good photos make great portraits
Jenna draws from your photos, so the better the reference, the truer the likeness. You'll attach them by email after sending the form.
- One to three photos, sharp and well-lit, ideally in natural light.
- Face clearly visible — no heavy filters, sunglasses or motion blur.
- The expression you love. The smile, the smirk, the knowing look.
- Photos you own or have permission to use.

How long does a portrait take?
Most portraits are finished within two to four weeks of the deposit, depending on the queue. Need it for a date? Say so in the form — a rush option is available when the calendar allows.
What photos should I send?
One to three sharp, well-lit photos where the face is clearly visible and the expression is one you love. Phone photos in natural light are perfect. Skip heavy filters and sunglasses. You'll attach them by email after sending the form.
Can I include more than one person? A pet?
Yes. Each additional person or pet is an add-on, and a larger size usually suits a group best. Just say who's in it on the form.
What if I don't know my symbols yet?
That's part of the fun. Tell Jenna about yourself — what you collect, what you wear, your sign, the numbers you keep seeing — and she'll suggest a composition in the sketch.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
It will look like you, drawn in Jenna's style: expressive eyes, flowing hair, clean linework and a little magic. It is an artwork, not a photocopy. The sketch stage is where you make sure the likeness feels right.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your spot once you accept the quote; the balance is due when the finished portrait is approved, before it ships. Payment details come with your quote.
Do I get the original?
Yes — unless you choose the digital-only option. The original ships flat and protected, and you also receive a high-resolution scan for printing and sharing.
Can I order a portrait as a gift?
Absolutely. Send photos of the person it's for and a few of their symbols, and mention the date you need it by. Gift certificates are available on request.
Is any of this AI?
No. Every portrait is drawn by hand, pencil to paper, from your photos. No AI image tools are used at any stage.
